Shipping policy
Bygreen is dedicated to ensuring your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Minimum Order Value (Updated April 2025)
Bygreen is set up to service business customers who order in bulk and higher volumes. As such, we will process orders with a minimum value of $100 (excluding GST). This helps ensure our operations remain fast and efficient. At this time, the resources required to process smaller orders are not viable at our current scale. We aim to reassess this new policy in the future.
Delivery Times and Carriers
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within one to five business days. Delivery lead times vary depending on your location. We use several different carriers for our shipping needs, and delivery times are determined by your location and the carrier's delivery policies.
Shipping Availability and Quotes
We accept orders from Northern Territory, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, and Western Australia, however, due to variable shipping costs in these areas, we will provide a freight quote after you place your order. Once you approve the shipping cost, we’ll process your order. For Queensland, Victoria, and New South Wales, the standard shipping policy outlined below applies.
Standard Shipping
All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping with the chosen carrier, at a flat rate of $30.00. Please note that additional freight charges may apply for regional areas.
Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $200.00, applied automatically at checkout. This rate uses Standard Shipping with the selected carrier. NOTE: Orders to NT, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and some regional QLD, NSW and VIC areas may incur an additional freight fee.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times provided by our couriers are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days from dispatch
Please note that shipping times vary based on location and provider, and there may be delays due to external factors.
Weekend and Friday Orders
Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Domestic Mail - Undeliverable Articles
An article may be undeliverable if:
- The address is insufficient for delivery.
- The addressee is unknown or does not receive articles at the listed address.
- There is no suitable receptacle for receipt of the article, or the provided receptacle is inadequate.
Refused Articles
If delivery is declined by the addressee, or if an article is placed in a receptacle that the addressee later returns with a refusal indication, the article will be considered refused.
Handling of Unclaimed or Refused Articles
Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable articles will be returned to Bygreen.
Express Mail
Currently, we do not offer express shipping. Only regular shipping is available.
International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver to mainland Australia and Tasmania. For international deliveries, please contact us directly to inquire about shipping availability and costs.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your online order provided that it has not been dispatched. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. We will attempt to cancel your order without delay; however, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched.
